1. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use PLAY4 and to participate in paid tournaments and mini games. By using the app you confirm the information you provide is accurate.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. One account per person; multiple or fraudulent accounts may be suspended.

3. Entries, wallet & winnings

Entry fees and mini-game bets are deducted from your wallet at the time you join.
Winnings and eligible refunds are credited to your wallet.
Withdrawals are subject to verification and applicable limits.

4. Fair play

Cheating, exploiting, collusion, or use of unauthorized software is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of winnings and account termination. Mini-game outcomes are provably fair.

5. Availability

We may update, suspend or modify features, tournaments and games at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Limitation of liability

PLAY4 is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
